Where do you ship to? How much does it cost?

Our goal is to get your order to you ASAP. Just a heads up, we need to take a break on the weekends so we process orders Monday-Friday. We ship using USPS. We are currently offering a flat rate of $4.99 on all orders up to $75.00 and free shipping on orders over $75.00. Rate only available for orders in the Continental U. S. 

Where do you ship to?

Everywhere, but if you live outside the continental United States you have to contact us to make arrangements.

What is your return policy?

We like happy customers and will work with you. Orders will be personally inspected before shipping, though if you do receive an incorrect or defective item, we will issue a refund after the order is returned to us and verified. If you wish to return a non-defective product, you may return it, and we will refund you the cost of the item. However, we will not refund shipping, and reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. All non-defective returned items must be in sellable condition. Items with cuts, seams, stains, damage, or any discernable odor will not be eligible for refund.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Orders cannot be modified once submitted. However, if you contact us immediately, and the order has not been filled, we will work with you to cancel the order.

Can I track my order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will use your personal data to provide products and services that you have requested, and will not sell or otherwise transfer your data to a third party, unless required to to complete an order or if required to by law.
